Biography: Look out J-Lo, there's a new Latin Goddess on the planet. And her name is E-Men. Er, make that Eva Mendes. You may recognize her as the bikini-clad babe from "2 Fast 2 Furious," as Denzel Washington's hoochie momma in "Training Day,"or as Will Smith's lusty obsession in "Hitch." Heck, she even gets to hang with the flaming-headed biker boy Nic Cage in "Ghost Rider."
Eva's very first experience was when she acted during a semester break in college. After that, her acting came in the form of music videos. You can see her in the videos: "Hole In My Soul" by Aerosmith and "Miami" by Will Smith. She followed these up with a few TV appearances, highlighted by roles in Mortal Kombat and ER, both in 1998. She also hit the big screen with a role in 1998's Children of the Corn V: Fields of Terror.
